Silver Fern were great; they scheduled me in promptly, kept me updated on the electrician's ETA and their lovely electrician diagnosed the problem and fixed it (and another issue I hadn't mentioned) really quickly, and tidied everything up after. The only minor critique I have was that they took over a month to send me the bill and weren't very responsive when I asked for an ETA on it. I will definitely be reaching out to them first when I need electrical help again.

Our power went out completely during a Wellington winter storm, and I contacted Dean. He dropped everything and was at our house within minutes. He was extremely friendly and professional and assessed the problem quickly (blown entry box) and had it fixed within a couple of hours, despite the weather.
